Meditating with leopard spot jasper to enhance relaxation?
I often work with semi precious stones and crystals, I recently got a leopard spot jasper (coloured blue with black spots to promote tranquility) has anyone else tried it and does iit enhance tranquility?
Yes, it relieves ‘liver qi stagnation’ and can be placed in the diaphram area over ribs for this, or on acupressure point Liver 3 for headaches and acid reflux.
